Mr. Tong serves as the Director of Due Diligence of Hanover Financial Company. Jeff is responsible for all due diligence for new investment transactions.

Mr. Tong has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Tong is skilled in closing and underwriting mezzanine loans and equity investments, due diligence, portfolio management, and acquiring and marketing commercial properties from his experience at Heller Financial, Buchanan Street Partners, Kennedy Wilson, and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Tong graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BA in Economics and is a Certified Public Accountant.
