Sandy Throop

 Mr. Throop serves as
Director of asset/fund management and is responsible for overseeing
Hanover's investments and fiduciary reporting on behalf of its funds.
Mr. Throop has over twenty years experience in real estate investing and
management. Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Throop served as Senior Vice
President with Bank of America's South Charles Investment Corporation in
Los Angeles, originating eighteen equity investments and placing $85
million of SCIC capital in California and Arizona. Mr. Throop also
managed the Bank of America's national REO unit that oversaw 2,500
assets valued at more than $700 million and produced over $350 million
in annual property dispositions. Mr. Throop performed property sales,
acquisitions, and marketing operations for the master planned community
developer, The Newhall Land Farming Company, and a publicly traded
home-building company, Calprop Corporation.
Mr. Throop received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of
California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) in Economics.
