Mr. Selke serves as an Associate Director of Asset/Fund Management with responsibility for monitoring Hanover’s investments, coordinating investment closings and fund reporting. 

Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Selke was responsible for equity placement and joint venture structuring, and project management at The Griffin Group.  Mr. Selke has underwritten over $2 billion of commercial real estate investments.  Mr. Selke has also directed services for Studley, Inc., a leading national real estate consulting firm focused on transactional services and representation of Fortune 500 clients.  Mr. Selke addressed financial and tax consequences underlying complex real estate transactions, including approximately one million square feet of direct investments, sales and leases.  Mr. Selke holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
