Michael Lowinger

Mr. Lowinger is the President, CEO and a founding partner of Hanover
Financial Company. Mr. Lowinger is responsible for directing Hanover's
investment strategy, asset and fund management, and investor relations
for Hanover's Los Angeles, Newport Beach and Denver offices. Over the
past six years, via joint ventures, Hanover has acquired
approximately $1.5 billion in real estate assets and simultaneously sold
approximately $650 million of property.
Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Lowinger spent approximately 13 years with
Heller Real Estate Financial Services, a division of Heller Financial
Incorporated, a publicly traded multi-purpose finance company. As
Heller's Executive Vice President/Managing Director, Mr. Lowinger was
responsible for overseeing Heller's real estate debt and equity
investments and asset management activity for the Western United States
as well as overseeing the management of offices and staff in Los
Angeles, Newport Beach, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver and Phoenix.
Heller was subsequently acquired by G.E. Capital.
Mr. Lowinger has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an
emphasis in real estate finance from San Diego State University; and a
Masters degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance,
from Pepperdine University. He holds a California Real Estate Broker's
License.
