Mr. Liou is a Senior Associate Director, responsible for underwriting analysis, due diligence, originations and asset management support.

Prior to joining Hanover, Tony was an account executive for several companies including Siemens Building Technologies, a provider of building automation solutions. Tony began his professional career as a product engineer for TRW aerospace.

Tony holds a Masters in Business Administration degree (Beta Gamma Sigma) with an emphasis in real estate finance from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
