As the Director of Underwriting, Mr. Kuo is responsible for implementation of underwriting procedures to ensure precise evaluation of potential investments and active management of relationships with joint venture partners to execute business plan and maximize portfolio performance.

Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Kuo was involved in investment property sales and financing at Secured Capital Corp. Mr. Kuo has extensive financial analysis experience, underwriting more than $1.5 billion of investment grade assets for clients such as Maguire Properties Group, Beacon Capital, Divco West, Shidler, LBA, American Assets, and Stockbridge Capital.

Mr. Kuo will receive a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California in May 2008. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania.
