Mr. Godlesky is Controller of Hanover Financial Company. He is responsible for assisting the CFO on financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, auditing and corporate business planning and controls. 

Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Godlesky has worked in the real estate and construction industry for the past 18 years with service in commercial construction, homebuilding, and subcontracting. Most recently, he served as the Corporate Controller of Pacific Century Group where he was responsible for over $500 million in assets in over 100 entities.  He has also held positions as Vice President and Controller of Ryland's Southern California division, as well as CFO for a privately held landscaping subcontractor, where he procured financing and managed the company's cash flow.  Mr. Godlesky is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting and earned his CPA while working for the accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.
