Mr. Matt
Ulrich is an Associate responsible for underwriting analysis, due
diligence, originations and asset management support.
Prior to joining Hanover Matt spent a number of years as project manager
for the Community Builder’s Group, a developer of apartments and
condominiums in the Western United States. There he was responsible for
coordinating acquisitions and due diligence for the company’s projects.
Matt is a native of the New York City area and earned his Bachelors
Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern
University.
