Mr. Rhett Nunnally is a Senior Director responsible for the identification and recommendation of investments throughout the Intermountain West.

Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Nunnally was a Vice President with the Merchant Banking Division of GMAC Commercial Mortgage where he was responsible for originating, underwriting and closing structured commercial real estate transactions throughout the Western United States.  Mr. Nunnally also spent a number of years with Washington Mutual where he was Director, responsible for loan originations in the Southwestern United States.  Prior to joining Washington Mutual, Mr. Nunnally was a Director at Heller Financial, where he was responsible for originating both structured and permanent debt products throughout the Western United States.  Mr. Nunnally began his commercial real estate career on the development side with Brookfield Properties in various accounting and finance positions.  

Mr. Nunnally received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
