Mr. Don Moses Mr. Moses is Managing Director of Hanover Financial, responsible for joint venture equity and mezzanine real estate investments in the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest.  Mr. Moses has over 20 years of institutional structured finance and real estate  investment experience. 

Prior to joining Hanover, Mr. Moses was Director of Structured Finance for CapitalSource Finance LLC in San Francisco, CA.  Mr. Moses joined CapitalSource in 2001 to establish the real estate lending practice and was responsible for origination of real estate structured debt in the western states. Mr. Moses was instrumental in the company’s successful public offering in 2003 - CapitalSource is listed on the NYSE and recently converted to a real estate investment trust.  While at CapitalSource, Mr. Moses originated over $800 million in highly structured commercial real estate debt.  Prior to CapitalSource, Mr. Moses was a Principal, Western Regional Manager and Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Structured Debt Group at Bank of America in San Francisco.  Positions at BofA included manager of commercial real estate loan syndications, large loan structured debt originations, real estate workouts manager and portfolio management.  Prior to BofA, Mr. Moses was a Vice President of Corporate Banking at Wells Fargo Bank, where he was responsible for origination and management of leveraged buyout transactions.  Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Moses was a Sales Representative for Rapid Finishing, an advertising display manufacturer.

Mr. Moses received his Masters of Business Administration from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a Bachelors of Arts degree from Amherst College in Amherst, MA.  Mr. Moses is active in many associations including ULI, ICSC, NAIOP (former SF board member) and the MBA.
