Hanover joint ventured with a strong local Sponsor to develop a single-tenant, free-standing, Turtle Stop Hyper-Convenience Store plus three additional pads.  This marked the fourth transaction with the Sponsor, a Las Vegas based developer and operator of similar NNN leased projects.  The business plan included construction and immediate disposition of the convenience store and pads upon completion.  The sponsor elected to buy-out Hanover’s interest in the partnership.  See more retail investments.
