A joint venture between Hanover and a local Sponsor acquired this newly completed, 9% occupied, 2-story, 3-building self-storage facility comprising 78,000 square feet and 707 units.  The Sponsor was an experienced Orange County based owner and developer, specialized in self-storage facilities.  The Sponsor elected to purchase Hanover’s partnership interest after a successful reposition of the asset and completion of the leasing program.  See more retail investments.
