A joint venture between Hanover and a local Sponsor acquired this 50,000 square foot, single-story, Class A retail and flex property. The sponsor was the investment arm of a full service real estate company focused on projects in Southern California. After successfully completing the business plan including the lease-up of vacant space and the ground lease of a vacant pad to 7-Eleven, the sponsor elected to purchase Hanover’s partnership interest.
