Hanover Financial Company and The McDonald Group proudly announce the formation of their joint venture to develop Civic Center Retail Plaza in San Marcos, California. The project consists of four retail buildings totaling 60,400 square feet on a long term ground lease with the City of San Marcos. The project has been 71% pre-leased to LA Fitness and will include a number of additional food and local service retail tenants. This project is located off Highway 78 and Twin Oaks Valley Road with excellent access and signage.
