A joint venture between Hanover and a regional Sponsor completed the acquisition of this 77,000 square foot, multi-tenant retail center.  The Sponsor is an owner and manager of retail, office and industrial properties in the Rocky Mountain region. The partnership completed its strategy to renovate the building exteriors, reposition the tenant base, lease-up the 16,000 square foot vacant anchor space and sell the stabilized asset to a local investor.  See more retail investments.
