A joint venture between Hanover Financial Company and a local Sponsor successfully completed the redevelopment of this 33,000 square foot, two-story office building in Glendale, California for Winston Tires.  After Winston Tires elected not to occupy the property, this asset was sold to a non-profit organization that decided to establish a headquarter office in the building.   See more office investments.
