Hanover/Babson Strategic Investors, LLC, an affiliate of Hanover Financial Company, and The Chaparral Group proudly announce the formation of their joint venture to develop Oasis Medical Office Building located in Houston, Texas.  The project is an 82% pre-leased, nine-story Class "A" medical office building totaling 193,000 square feet with an adjacent five-story, 600 space parking garage.  The project will be part of a master planned medical campus totaling 26 acres which will include an assisted living facility, a general hospital, and other medical related tenants.
