A joint venture between Hanover and a regional Sponsor acquired this 8-building, 164,000 square foot, multi-tenant office and industrial/flex project.  The Sponsor had broad experience as an owner, developer and manager of office, retail and commercial property in California and Arizona.  After successfully completing an extensive renovation of the common areas and increasing occupancy from 55% to over 90%, the Sponsor elected to buy-out Hanover’s partnership interest.  See more office investments.
