Hanover joint ventured with a strong Southern California based Sponsor to acquire this 11-building, 160,000 square foot, multi-tenant “incubator” industrial park.  The Sponsor is an owner, developer and manager of commercial, industrial and residential properties across the U.S. with solid experience in repositioning this type of product.  The partnership successfully sold the asset upon completion of an exterior renovation and tenant repositioning program.  See more industrial investments.
