A joint venture between Hanover Financial Company and a local developer completed the acquisition of a 186,000 square foot, 11 building multi-tenant industrial park located in La Habra, California.  The partnership's strategy to reposition the asset included completing an exterior renovation.  The asset was sold upon completion of the business plan.  See more industrial investments.
