Hanover joint ventured with a regional Sponsor to acquire this 400,000 square foot, concrete tilt-up industrial park comprised of five freestanding buildings.  The sponsor is a Southern California based owner and developer of multiple industrial and commercial properties.  The partnership successfully sold all of the buildings to owner/users or as leased investments to investors in accordance with the business plan.  See more industrial investments.
