A joint venture between Hanover and a regional sponsor developed this 6-building, 12-unit, concrete tilt-up, “for-sale” flex/industrial project.  The Sponsor was an owner and developer of industrial and office properties in Southern California and the Southwestern U.S.  The project successfully sold-out within 20 months of initial funding.  See more industrial investments.
