This asset is located in Southern California’s industrial hub and consists of approximately 150,000 square feet of multi-tenant industrial space.  Hanover acquired the asset in a joint venture with an experienced local industrial developer.  The partnership completed a successful renovation and tenant repositioning program and subsequently sold the asset to a national real estate investor.  See more industrial investments.
