A joint venture between Hanover and a seasoned developer acquired this 22-story former office building located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Western Avenue in the heart of the Koreatown section of Los Angeles. The Partnership’s strategy was to convert the building into 260 luxury apartment units and 30,000 square feet of retail.   While the project was under development a very attractive offer was accepted and the Partnership sold the asset to a national real estate developer who intended to re-entitle the asset to condominiums.  See other apartment investments.
