Hanover joint ventured with a local Sponsor to acquire this 10-building, 2- to 4-story, 259-unit, apartment complex. The Sponsor was an experienced, entrepreneurial real estate group focused on the Phoenix area.  After completing a renovation of the project’s common areas and unit interiors, the property was sold to a private investor.  See other apartment investments.
