Hanover joint ventured with an institutional Sponsor to acquire this 4-story, 201-unit, rent controlled apartment complex located in Panorama City, California.  This marked the fifth transaction with the Sponsor.  Upon completion of an extensive common area and unit interior renovation program, the partnership successfully repositioned the tenant base to market levels and sold the property.  See other apartment investments.
