Hanover joint ventured with a regional Sponsor to complete the development of this under-construction (40% complete at initial funding), 78-unit, luxury apartment complex with 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.  The Sponsor was an owner and developer of multi-family and commercial product in the greater Seattle area.  After completing construction, the Sponsor elected to buy-out Hanover’s interest in the property.  See other apartment investments.
