Hanover joint ventured with a local sponsor to develop this 4-story, mixed-use development comprising 32-luxury apartment units and 16 office suites (live/work units) with 9,000 square feet of ground floor retail-space.  This marked the fifth transaction with the sponsor, a Los Angeles area based owner and developer of multi-family properties.  The business plan included construction and lease-up of units to stabilization at market rents, which was successfully completed.  See other apartment investments.
