A joint venture between Hanover and a regional Sponsor acquired this 9-building, 3-story, 92-unit apartment complex adjacent to the University of California, Riverside.  The sponsorship is comprised of a group of Southern California area property owners experienced in repositioning real estate.  The partnership successfully sold the property upon completion of the extensive common area and unit interior renovation plan and the  tenant base repositioning program.  See other apartment investments.
