Hanover joint ventured with a regional Sponsor to develop this 5-story, 56-unit, Korea Town area apartment complex.  The Sponsor was a Southern California based owner and developer of multi-family and commercial properties.  The partnership successfully sold the property after completing construction and lease-up of the property at market rents.  See other apartment investments.
