We are a fiduciary fund manager. Our
business growth strategy is based on the development of long-term value
added partnerships with commercial real estate
investors and developers.
Since 1999, Hanover has raised four funds and invested approximately $250
million of equity capital in nearly 85 investments valued at
approximately $1.7 billion. Our extensive experience enables us to bring
additional value to our partnerships, beyond our capital contribution.
